About me

As a vet, I have many years of experience in the conventional and holistic treatment of animals. Even if you are looking for a supplement or alternative to conventional medicine, you are in the right hands with me. I look forward to working with you to find the right therapy for your animal.

  • Veterinary studies and doctoral thesis at the Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich, Germany. Semester abroad in Cambridge, England and Toulouse, France.
  • Worked in various mixed and small animal practices in Switzerland.
  • Since August 2019 own small animal practice for holistic veterinary medicine in Küssnacht am Rigi
  • Training in homeopathy, ‘Advanced and further training for veterinarians’ in Munich (10 modules; completed November 2010)
  • IVAS/ GERVAS (International/ German Veterinary Acupuncture Society) training in acupuncture for veterinarians: IVAS examination passed in 2012 + IVAS certification (corresponds to the Swiss specialist certificate in acupuncture for veterinarians)
  • Training in osteopathy for small animals, German Society for Holistic Veterinary Medicine, with Ute Reiter and Henrike Könneker (completed January 2017)
  • Advanced training in chiropractic for the canine spine, German Society for Holistic Veterinary Medicine, with Dr Carmen Baar (March 2017)
  • Advanced training in ‘Craniosacral therapy for dogs’ at the Upledger Institute Germany (April 2019)
  • Training SCO-Structural Canine Osteopathy, FBZ-vet, with Christiane Gräff (November 2018 – March 2020)

As a vet, I regularly attend further training courses on general veterinary topics, as well as further training in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), acupuncture, osteopathy, phytotherapy and much more. I am constantly continuing my education in order to be able to help your pet in the best possible way.
